We link you up with world leading hotels and resorts, so that you can get the ultimate work experience and knowledge that you need to succeed. Partnered with brands from the Hilton, Marriott, Radisson, Inter Continental, Ritz Carlton, Luxury Resorts and private and exclusive brands.

Program Requirements:

  • You must be 18 – 35, with two semesters of school completed in order to qualify for an Intern position
  • Understand and speak English well
  • Agree to commit for 12months
  • Be in good health
  • A valid Passport (or proof that you have applied for one)
  • No criminal record

Qualify for either one of the below four options:

  1. Must be a current full-time student at a post-secondary institute
  2. Must have completed studies and if no valid work experience must enter the US within 12 months of last exam date
  3. If graduated more then 12 months ago then the applicant must have a qualification with at least 12months work experience in their field of study
  4. Have at least 5 years of work experience outside the United States in a specific occupation

Roles: Each program will rotate through different departments within the discipline selected.

  • Culinary: Rotates between kitchens (Garde Manager, Butcher, Banquets, Restaurant, etc.) if in a large operation. If in a single kitchen, rotate around “lines” (Sautee, Prep, Fish, Meats, Bakery, etc.)
  • Food & Beverage: Rotates between departments and roles within those departments ex- Bistro Hostess, Bistro Server Attendant, Pool Server, In Room Dining Order Taker, In Room Dining delivery, Banquets Coffee Break, Banquets Events Service, etc.)
  • Front office: Rotates between departments that fall under the Division- Front Office, Phones/PBX, Guest Relations, Guest Services, Housekeeping Supervisor (not housekeeper)

Accommodation + meals: Depends on the position

  • All hotels do offer a meal during shift, although some charge $3-$5 payable through payroll deduction and some are free.
  • Accommodations vary by position. Some positions offer housing for a weekly cost.
  • All positions offer 7-14 nights of housing in their hotel upon arrival so they the applicant can locate housing once they have arrived
